Returns
Welcome to www.picadan.com, a website controlled by LI JIALI LIMITED. We hope you love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted products.
We accept the return of most products, provided that they are returned in their original condition with all tags still attached. However, we cannot accept the return of certain products, including:
● Products marked as “final sale;”
● Personalized products;
● Products that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn, or altered;
● For hygienic reasons, undergarments, swimwear, face coverings, pierced jewelry, and face and body products.
While we do not charge a restocking fee for returns, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping. In the event that you receive a damaged product from us, you are responsible for contacting us immediately and we will bear the cost of return shipping.
How to Return Products – If you'd like to return something, please do as follows:
1. Contact us at [email protected] to let us know that you'd like to initiate a return. We will provide you with specific instructions for your return, including a unique return number and return carriers.
2. Complete the return form.
3. Pack the products to be returned, together with your completed return form, in the original packaging provided, securely seal the package, and address the package to the return address we provided. Be sure to cover or remove all original shipping labels.
4. Take your package to a shipping carrier and pay the shipping cost. We recommend that insure the package and obtain tracking information for your return.
5. Once your package reaches us, please allow 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. During processing, we will inspect your return. If your return is accepted, we refund your original payment method. If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. Denied returns will only be shipped back to you at your expense.
Refunds
Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email and we will process your refund to the original payment method used. Please allow an additional 7 to 14 business days for your refund to reach you.
Late Returns
Returns made outside the 14-day period may not be accepted by us. To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and is not delayed, products must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs and may not be accepted by us.
Your Responsibility
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us so we encourage you to ensure that they are properly packed. We also encourage you to obtain tracking information and proof of postage just in case you need to contact us about your return. Further note, we are not responsible for any products that you return to us by mistake. If we are able to locate the mistakenly returned items and you'd like these shipped back to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it's shipped for any reason, except personalized products cannot be cancelled once ordered as they may be in process of being customized. Please contact us by email at [email protected] to if you would like to cancel your order.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you'd like to exchange a product, you must first return the original product and then place a new order.
